1. Does the resort offer any kind of courtesy transportation?
2. If we trade our studio sized-unit, does the resort offer a studio/efficiency unit or will we trade for a one-bedroom that has the same occupancy rating?
3. What kind of resort is this? (i.e. family-oriented, romantic get-a-way, etc.).
4. What kind of additional charges from the resort should we expect to incur, if any?
5. Since the publication of the most recent I.I. directory, have there been any changes regarding the property or its amenities
6. What’s the weather like there at the time of year we are planning to visit?
7. Are there any childcare facilities available? What is the cost?
8. Is there Internet access in the units?
9. Does the resort offer any additional amenities not listed in the I.I. directory?
10. What kind of special requests can be made before arrival?
11. Can the resort send us their brochure and their area information?
12. Are there any special events in the area for the dates we are planning to visit?
13. What are the check-in and check-out times, and what is the process for each?
14. Are there any on-site organized activities or events we should plan on attending?
15. Does the resort have any availability at the time we are planning our trip?
16. If traveling to a country where English is not the dominant language, does the resort have the ability to communicate with an English-speaking guest?
