Owning at Gold Point offers you many vacation options. You can stay at Gold Point each year during your deeded week.
When you are ready to explore the world, you can exchange your week(s) to travel to more than 2,000 properties worldwide through Interval International. During the past quarter-century, Interval International has built an empire of exchange resorts for the vacation ownership industry, and now these incredible travel opportunities are yours. Here’s some important information about exchanging your Gold Point week through Interval International:
- Gold Point Resort is rated as a “Select Resort” by Interval International.
- Step #1: First, choose a method for depositing your week with I.I. There are 3 methods of deposit. The most recommended method is called DEPOSIT FIRST. This method offers you the most flexibility and should be used when you are sure you do not want to use your week at Gold Point. Your week will then be deposited into your I.I. account. Under this method, once your week is deposited with I.I., you cannot get it back. The REQUEST FIRST method should be used only when you do not want to automatically give up your week at Gold Point. Call Breckenridge Grand Vacations and have your request placed with I.I. If the exchange can be confirmed, you give up your week at Gold Point, however if no exchange can be confirmed, you retain your week at Gold Point Resort. The FLEX CHANGE method can be used if you are depositing your week from 59 to 14 days prior to the start of your week. If you choose this method, exchange availability is on a first-come, first served basis but does not have any color code or unit size restrictions.
- Step #2: Please contact Breckenridge Grand Vacations’ I.I. Support Department with the following information:
- Resorts you would like to request (When planning an exchange it is helpful to be flexible and to keep the Foursome Rule in mind: Request at least 3 resorts and 1 date, or 1 resort and 3 dates.)
- Dates you are willing to travel
- Unit size you will need
- Be prepared to pay the exchange fee with your credit card:
$139 domestic travel
$154 international travel
- Step #3: An exchange request is made with I. I. that will compare the week you would like to have at a particular resort with the weeks deposited by owners of that resort.
- Step #4: As soon as a match is found, your reservation will be confirmed.
- In general, your size residence will trade for a comparable size residence, and your week will trade for a comparable week.
- In addition, your I. I. membership also gives you: I.I. Getaways, Interval Travel, Golf Resorts Program, travel coupons, publications and more!

- Contact the Breckenridge Grand Vacations Reservations Department at toll free 877.453.4440 to request that a rental contract be mailed, emailed, or faxed to you.
- Once you receive the rental contract, please read it, sign it, and mail it back to:
