You can always rent your week out on your own terms and at your own rates. If you would like to rent your week out through the Breckenridge Grand Vacations rental program, contact the Reservations Department at 877.453.4440 to request program details and a rental contract. Once you receive the rental contract, please review it, sign it, and return it to Breckenridge Grand Vacations. We always recommend calling to ensure receipt.
Of course, rental is never guaranteed, but every effort is made to fill your week and maximize your income. It is important to keep in mind that the further in advance you put your week up for rent, the higher likelihood it has to fill at a higher rate. A 40% flat commission will be paid to Breckenridge Grand Vacations. |
