Parking:
Some units at Gold Point feature private garage parking with additional outdoor parking available.  Units that do not include private garage parking will have outdoor parking.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations booked more than 30 days in advance are charged a two night deposit at the time of booking and the remaining balance is charged 30 days prior to arrival. A $100 fee will be assessed for reservations changed, cancelled or "downgraded" outside of 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations are fully non-refundable inside of 30 days prior to arrival.

Smoking is prohibited inside the buildings or condominiums at Gold Point.

Pets:
Only Gold Point owners staying at Gold Point during their regular owner week may bring one dog or cat with them.  Otherwise, pets are not allowed at Gold Point.
