What’s New at Gold Point Resort
Letter from the General Manager
We had a beautiful September at Gold Point. We experienced wonderful Colorado weather with some days in the high 70s, colorful leaf changes and snow on the high mountains in the valley across from us. There are signs that winter is coming, but we are certainly enjoying the brilliant fall weather for the time being.
One of my favorite fall activities is the Breckenridge Craft Spirits Festival! The 2018 festival will return to Breckenridge the weekend of October 19-21. There are several events to participate in, including (but not limited to) the Art of the Cocktail Workshop, the Bloody Sunday Brunch and the Grand Tasting. Tickets are available in advance online at https://www.breckenridgecraftspiritsfestival.com/buytickets or the day of the event if it is not sold out.
Once again, the Breckenridge Restaurant Association will be offering the Breckenridge Dining Passport. The passport will be available September 24 through November 15 for a $10 donation. It can be purchased at participating restaurants or at the Breckenridge Welcome Center.
The Gold Point team is preparing for our fall blocks, which will occur October 12 through November 16. The housekeeping team will be focusing on our semi-annual deep cleans, while the engineering team will be working on preventative maintenance in the units. The new dining room furniture will be arriving throughout November. If you are interested in purchasing any of the previous dining room furniture, please contact me.
As always, please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions, comments or suggestions. I look forward to hearing from you.
