TERMS OF SALE

·      On September 5 at 6:00 p.m. MT, each week will be posted with a direct link to the listing on Vacatia.com.

·      Owners can make the full price offers directly on the listing page. All weeks will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis with a full-price offer.

·      Once an offer has been approved, the new owner will receive confirmation via email awarding them the week.

·      The confirmation email will include all steps to complete the sale, as well as the resort’s governing documents.

·      The purchase contract will be sent via email to the buyer within one business day via DocuSign.

·      The buyer will have 2 business days to return all required paperwork, including full payment.

·      Payment must be made in full. All funds are deposited into the title company’s escrow account.

·      Any owner requesting 2023 usage must confirm availability and pay the 2023 maintenance fee at the time of purchase.
